If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURN
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of receiving your items. You are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Please note: Returns are not valid for sale items. Returns are not valid or accepted on discounted items via a supplied discount code.

Returns must be in original condition and in all their original packaging. Royal DS Inc will not accept return items with any signs of wear or with any of the original tags not included.

To complete your return, you may be asked to provide proof of purchase.

Please note that Sale items are unavailable to be returned.
* Any return request after 30 days of receiving the items will not be accepted.

 

HOW TO RETURN
For a Return Request, please send an email to: royaldsincm@gmail.com. Please include your First and Last name, Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for the return in the email. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.

REFUNDS
We do not refund for any change of mind purchases. As per consumer affairs and under the fair trade authority, we can only offer an exchange.
